Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use kvstores.in or buy anything from KV Stores Digital (“we”, “us”), a shop run by Gayathiri in India. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t buy.

What we sell

Digital templates: Excel and Google Sheets files, printable and digital PDF planners, and bundles of these. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists exactly which files you get, the formats and what they work with. Pictures on product pages show the template filled in with sample data.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include all taxes. The price you pay is the one shown in the Razorpay payment window.
• Payment is taken by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Discount codes are valid only for the period and products stated, can’t be exchanged for cash and one code applies per order.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake (for example ₹1 instead of ₹199), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order and delivery

After payment, we email a private download link to the email address you gave Razorpay. Details are in the delivery policy. Please check that email address is correct when you pay.

Your licence: what you may do with the files

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files. That means you may:

• use the templates for yourself, your family or your own business;
• make copies for your own devices and backups;
• print them as often as you like for your own use.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away or upload the files (or edited versions) anywhere, including marketplaces, file-sharing sites and groups;
• claim the designs as your own or use them in products you sell;
• remove copyright notices from the files.

All templates, designs, text and images on this site are owned by KV Stores Digital. Buying a file does not transfer ownership.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or get files without paying. We may block orders or access that look fraudulent.

Responsibility

Our templates help you organise money, habits and goals. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and the numbers you enter. We test every template carefully, but we can’t promise a file will be free of every error or work with every app version. If something doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can sort things out. If we can’t, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
