Delivery policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get it

Right after your payment is confirmed (usually within a minute), we email a private download link to the email address you entered in Razorpay’s payment window. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us.

How the link works

• The link opens a page with every file in your order, including every product inside a bundle.
• It works for 30 days and up to 20 downloads in total. Please save the files to your computer or Google Drive.
• The link is private. Don’t share it.

Formats

Each product page lists the exact files and formats (Excel .xlsx, Google Sheets, PDF) and what you need to open them.

Lost your link?

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or with your Razorpay payment ID, and we’ll send a new link.
